Kati Cumberland

Born and raised in Sylvania, Ohio. Kati earned her B.A. in Creative Writing from Denison University in 2008. Kati began her career in the title industry during college, interning at a title company in Toledo, Ohio. Kati has over 13 years of experience in title in various roles; she currently serves as the Escrow Manager/Licensed Title Agent. When Kati is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Ben, and their Old English Sheepdog, Ollie. A globetrotter at heart, she has a passion for travel. She also loves working out, reading, and spending time with family.

Maxey Long

Elizabeth Maxey Long has been an attorney in private practice since 2007 and joined Renaissance as staff attorney in 2024. She holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Maxey advises clients on real estate, family law and probate matters. She is a member of the Blount County, Knoxville, and Tennessee Bar Associations, and is a Rule 31 family law mediator. Maxey enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and three children, and their three dogs and two cats. She enjoys being outside on their farm in McMinn County, Tennessee.

Kayla Davis

Kayla Davis is an Oakridge native. She has been in Title industry for about 2 years now. Kayla is proficient in curative work and is Renaissance Title and Escrow’s main Processor/Closing agent.

As our Processor she ensures that all title work is cleared, and all parties are communicated with. Kayla previously was in sales and utilizes her customer service skills in all things Title. She will dig deep to be sure we make it to the closing table.

Kayla has two beautiful kids, Brylie and Zydn. When she is not working, she spends as much quality time with her kids. She coaches various sports for her daughter Brylee and stays connected to her community.

Nathalie De La Torre

Nathalie De La Torre is a Southern California native who now calls Tennessee home. She is a seasoned professional in the title industry. Nathalie has served in various roles within the title industry and is one of the Co-Founders of Renaissance Title & Escrow.

As our Senior Closer and Director of Marketing, she ensures that every real estate transaction is executed with precision and care. Nathalie’s deep knowledge of the title industry guarantees a smooth and worry-free experience for our clients. She also provides a bilingual closing experience to the Spanish speaking community. She is 1 of 2 Spanish Speaking closers in the Knoxville area.

Nathalie is married to her high school sweetheart, Eric. They have two kids, and three fur babies. When she’s not working, she enjoys baking, and spending as much quality time with her kids. She enjoys travelling and loves food.
